I was trying to do the inspection as quickly as possible. Loved that I was able to make arrangements online late at night for the next morning which allowed me to get an inspection done the morning of the first day within the option period. Matt was wonderful, answered all my questions and I definitely felt he had my best interests. All around good guy, good experience and I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM.

Realty Home Inspection
My inspector, Matt Williams, was timely, thorough, and honest with me about all possible concerns. He was also knowledgeable and able to answer questions based on the extent of his knowledge and make recommendations based on his findings. While I don’t know if this is the case for everyone, he was able to get the report to me that night since I had a valid expedition need.
